Founded in 1997 by Mousa Al Amri, our firm began as a small legal consultancy in Deira, one of Dubai's oldest and most commercially active districts. From the outset, we focused on what Deira's business community needed most: fast, reliable, legally precise notary services for company formation and corporate documentation.
Over the decades, as Dubai grew into a global business hub, so did our practice. We expanded our team to 11 legal professionals, developed deep expertise in UAE commercial law, and built direct working relationships with Dubai Courts and DED. Today we serve hundreds of businesses annually, from one-partner startups to large multinational corporations requiring complex corporate notarizations.
Our office at Al Reem Tower on Al Maktoum Road is close to Dubai Courts, which supports same-day service for eligible corporate documents where timing and document readiness allow.

Mousa Al Amri: Founder & CEO
Mousa Al Amri is a UAE-licensed advocate and legal consultant with over 29 years of experience in corporate law, notarial services, and Dubai Courts procedure. He founded the firm in 1997 with a singular vision: to provide Dubai's business community with access to fast, accurate, and legally compliant notarization services, without the delays and complexity that plagued the market at the time.
Under his leadership, the firm has notarized over 1,100 corporate transactions, served 550+ clients, and built a team of dedicated legal professionals including advocates, legal consultants, and Dubai Courts public relations experts.
Mousa is particularly known for his expertise in UAE mainland company law, DED licensing regulations, and the practical realities of Dubai Courts notarization, knowledge that translates directly into faster, more reliable service for every client.
